“I have to thank Lords chief Horst once again, because after the fantastic performance of at Roadburn, I started listening to this band quite a lot. For the people that are not familiar with ; this band is a beyond huge recommendation if you are a fan of Toner Low, Burning Witch, Electric Wizard and bands alike. It is heavy, ritualistic sounding music for the fans of the riff. It is amazing how strong the debut album “” is. I dare to say that it is one of the best albums that I have heard in this genre in quite a while. “Lords Of The Flame” with it’s strong Black Sabbath vibe, “Fall Of The 4th” that sounds like the ideal mix between Conan and Electric Wizard and the almost fifteen minutes lasting “Templars Of The Black Sun” are the strongest parts on this album. You can hear perfectly that these guys use vintage equipment (which is a big plus), where the Hammond organ, played by vocalist Ronan Grall, plays an important role. Also, my compliments for the hypnotising, trance-like vocals of Ronan. It fits perfectly with the music. Nothing but praise for this album.”
