are a relatively new sludge band from Finland, and recently garnered some attention after doing a small tour with Finnish masters Fleshpress. The band features two singers, a guitar player, two bass players and a drummer. At times they do remind me of Fleshpress, with a haunting, sparse sort of sound. But they also mix in elements of the sledgehammer sludge of Electric Wizard’s “Dopethrone” as well as hectic uptempo chaos of some hardcore band that I’m too dumb to be able to name-drop. The two bass player configuration also sometimes sounds like what Tusks Of Blood would’ve sounded like with a guitar player in the mix. Overall it makes for an interesting take on the sludge genre and would appeal to fans of the bands mentioned.
