“After the release of their third longplayer “Houses Of the Unholy” in 2009, singer Hideki disappeared from the face of the earth. He was not to be seen or spoken with for years. He was recently revived, jumped back in the band and joined new guitar player Ikuma Kawabe, who replace Tom Sutton on guitar. The recording of “” was on it’s way. Again, a marvelous hint to two great records in the history of metal. The first thing you will notice is that the sound on the record will leave you in awe and that the band has grown as an entity that has no fault within. They have crystallized the seventies prog rock, the mellow krautrock and the steaming heavy metal with psychedelic influences as no other to a solid firm mass where you only speak in terms of intensity and density! Of course Tatsu Mikami took the lyrics for a stroll through the serial killer park, except for the song “One Blind Mice” which was played before by seventies UK band Quatermass. “Thy Kingdom Come” means a giant leap forward for the house band of the Roadburn Festival, a leap that no one saw coming.”
