“Reading back the reviews I did on the earlier releases of I noticed I gave them high marks. Their 2011 album “Capricorn” got 94 points. Completely justified as this band is really good in what they’re doing. Both 10″ EP’s that have been released prior to this new full-length by their new label Nuclear Blast prove the class of this band from San Francisco. So there are two options for this band. Release a less good album or become even better. The latter is what has happened but they won’t get the maximum score of 100 as that would mean they created the perfect album and if they would do that they can stop immediately. I don’t want to stop just yet because the music they deliver might be heavily influenced by 70s Black Sabbath, it still is relevant. The progress of is audible in a better production, which makes you hear different aspects of the songs even better. Next to that the songs’ arrangements are also better. “” is a nine song feast to the ears and when the album is finished you simply put it on again.”
